Resort Properties Internationale collects the information our customers give us when they inquire about properties for sale or rent or if they subscribe to our mailing list, which can include your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. We also retain conversation history from our email correspondences with our customers, so we can more easily recall previous conversations and pick up where we left off in all correspondence. At Resort Properties Internationale, we know your privacy is important to you, and we never request more information from you than is needed to help you purchase, sell, or rent a property.
Automatic information.
Our website hosting company automatically receives and stores certain types of information whenever you visit our site. Like many websites, we use pixels and tracking codes to track which property pages our customers like to browse. This helps us to better offer you the information and services you’re most interested in. Examples of some of the automatic information include internet protocol (IP) address, computer and connection information such as browser type and time zone setting, browser plug-in type and version, and operating system and platform. Resort Properties Internationale does not use cookies on our website nor do we have the ability to see or alter any cookies stored on your computer/device.
Email.
We send you emails on information you have inquired about or subscribed to (i.e. “North Captiva Island Real Estate,” “North Captiva Vacation Rentals,” “Celebration Florida Real Estate, “Windswept Vacation Home Rentals”, etc.) to ensure that you are only receiving the content you are interested in. We send informational emails, which include responses to your inquiries. For Inquiries of Properties outside of our coverage area and Vacation rental inquiries, we utilize a third-party real estate company/broker (also a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker) to respond to property inquiries in other areas and rental inquiries on our behalf so we can ensure you have the best possible product offerings, however, any email addresses shared with third-party real estate company/broker are managed in accordance with their Privacy Policy. If you do not want to receive these emails in the future, you can easily opt out by clicking the “Unsubscribe From This List” link at the bottom of any third-party real estate company/broker email.
Why and how do we collect customer information?
We collect customer information to respond to your requests, including purchases, customer service emails and phone calls to provide you information for a better customer experience. We collect customer information from our online webforms (Email sign-up buttons and Constant Contact email subscription management)
How do we use customer information?
We use data collected from our customers to send periodic informational emails before and after purchases.

What rights do customers have regarding their information?
At any time, you can choose to have any of the personal information you have provided us in the past deleted without needing a specific reason. We will remove your email address and contact info from the Constant Contact subscription system. We cannot purge your prior email correspondences with us for Florida Real Estate Law Compliance reasons.
You also have the right to know what personal information we have stored and how it is processed and to receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format. You have the right to rectify this information if it is inaccurate or incomplete, as well as the right to block or suppress the processing of your personal data. You have the right to retain and reuse your personal data for your own purposes. For any questions regarding your personal information, please contact us at the email address listed above. Finally, you have the right to object to your data being used. For example, this means opting out of direct marketing campaigns such as unsubscribing from email lists. It also does not apply to any other third-party affiliates including Google Analytics, Constant Contact, or third-party real estate company/broker. Changes to our Privacy Policy.
If we make updates or changes to our Privacy Policy, we will never reduce your rights without your explicit consent. These are third-party codes that enable us to gather data about how visitors use the site.
